Start-up procedure

MODEL:       Rapid Flexx Gun

TOOL DESCRIPTION:

            Metal pneumatic tool for Universal C.V. Boot installation. This tool works with a built in static load air pressure. To avoid functioning problems, you must follow the start-up procedure.

START-UP PROCEDURE:

1-     Step one: is to place the Rapid Flexx Gun on the table and have the handle facing up  (see Picture A)

2-     Step two: without pressing the trigger, fill up the handle by the air inlet hole, using only air gun oil. (see Picture B)

3-     Step three: is to press the trigger 4 to 5 times (see Picture C)

4-     Step four: install the air hose and turn the adjuster knob counter clockwise until it stops and turn it back a ¼ turn than press the trigger 4 to 5 times. This will allow the oil to go inside the piston therefore the internal mechanism will be completely lubricated.  (see Pictures D,E,F)

5-     Step five: by completing step one through step four on a monthly bases, your Rapid Flexx Gun will be properly lubricated and will remain in good working order.
